The Feldstraße Bunker

The Feldstraße Bunker, also known as the "Media Bunker", is one of Hamburg's most distinctive high-rise bunkers. The imposing structure from World War II has been transformed over the past decades into a creative hub for media, culture, and innovative companies.

Over the years, numerous creative businesses have established themselves in the bunker's characteristic rooms. The bunker became particularly well-known through the independent online radio station ByteFM, which operated its offices here on the 4th floor and gave the building its reputation as a media location. In Q1 2026, we took over and moved into these office spaces.

The bunker is also known as a popular party location – various clubs and event venues use the unique atmosphere of the massive concrete walls for unforgettable events and nights.

Public Transport

The nearest subway station is Feldstraße (U3) – right at our doorstep. Alternatively, you can reach us via the S-Bahn station Reeperbahn (S1, S2, S3) in about 5 minutes on foot.

From Hamburg Airport

From Hamburg Airport (HAM) you can easily reach us by S-Bahn:

Option 1: S1 towards Blankenese/Wedel → Transfer at Jungfernstieg → U3 towards Schlump → Feldstraße station
(approx. 35-40 minutes)

Option 2: S1 towards Blankenese/Wedel → Reeperbahn station → 5 min. walk
(approx. 30-35 minutes)
